Time away from work is important, so we’ve got 40 days of vacation, a holiday policy for the new generation.
You can work from wherever you feel the most comfortable. Maybe that’s a coworking space, a friend’s house, or a different place every month.
You meet with the full team every quarter in person. We believe in the value of in-person interactions and are intentional about gathering the entire team.
